Carl's Rip Van Winkle Motor Lodge at 810 Rte 23B, Leeds, New York.

The room was out dated and smelled musty. They did have glade plug in to help and I guess since they knew which room we are staying in, they opened the windows to air the place out. There were dead bugs and cobb webs in the room. When notified they did come right away with a vacuum and broom and cleaned up the mess. I found a bug in my bed, but not a bed bug. Some beetle. The kids pool was rusty. The adult pool was nice. The kids playground was nice and could have been awesome if the equipment was maintained. The wooden play structures had boards missing and nails sticking out. Had to be careful.
